Strict implementation of tractor technical maintenance specifications can reduce the failure rate, extend the service life of the tractor, ensure that the tractor works in good condition, and create the greatest economic benefits. You must do the following maintenance work, and carefully read the use and maintenance Book.

Every 10 hours your tractor works, you must focus on maintenance and inspection of the following:

·Remove the dust in the dust box of the air filter and remove the dust attached to the air intake pipe. (Such as: the working environment is bad, it must be removed at any time)

·Check whether the oil level of the engine oil pan is added when the normal oil level is insufficient, and whether there is a mixture of oil and water. If the lubricating oil deteriorates, it must be replaced.

·Check the oil level in the fuel injection speed control system. The normal oil level should be flush with the inspection screw plug. If the lubricating oil becomes thin or deteriorated, replace the lubricating oil with a new one.

·Check and tighten the fastening bolts of the front and rear wheels of the tractor.

·Check whether the front and rear tire pressures are correct. If the pressure does not reach the specified value, inflate to the specified value.

· Eliminate all oil leaks, water leaks, and air leaks.

Every 50 hours (5 days) of your tractor, you must focus on maintenance and inspection of the following:

·Remove the oil pan of the air filter, take out the filter element, thoroughly clean the filter element with clean diesel, and blow it with compressed air. If the oil in the oil pan becomes dirty, the core oil must be replaced and installed correctly after maintenance.

·Check the tightness of the fan tape, push the tape with your thumb, the amount of tape should be 10-20 mm, if it does not meet the requirements, you need to adjust the fastening bolts on the top of the generator.

·Wipe the battery, dredge the air vents, remove oxides on the poles, check the height of the electrolyte, and add distilled water if it is insufficient.

·Use lubricating grease to lubricate the lubrication points of the whole machine, such as: water pump, clutch release sleeve, etc.

Every 250 hours (25 days) of your tractor, you must focus on maintenance and inspection of the following:

·Cleaning and lubricating system: After the engine is stopped, release the oil from the oil pan while it is hot.

·Clean the diesel filter and replace the diesel filter element.

·Check the oil level in the gearbox and the rear axle housing. If it is insufficient, add it up.

·Check whether the pedal free stroke of the clutch and brake is within the specified range and does not meet the standard and needs to be adjusted.

Time for cleaning and replacing the three filters:

Diesel filter: The first-level contact must be cleaned and maintained every 200 hours or 20 days of work, and must be replaced after 2 maintenance, and the second-level filter element must be replaced every 600 hours or 60 days of work.

Oil filter: Every 250 hours or 25 days of work, a new filter element must be replaced.

Air filter: every 50 hours to 200 hours of work or 5 days to 20 days, remove the filter element, clean and replace the dirty oil in the oil pan with diesel, replace with new oil and add to the oil level mark.
